Delivery Issues
Delivery Damages
If it in the unlikely event that the order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to so we can sort this out. We require all delivery damages to be reported within 5 days of the customer receiving the order. We require a picture and description of the damage so please remember to include this with your email.
Product Defects
If your product has a manufacturing defect not caused by transit then please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we require both an image and description of the defect.
Wrong Product Sent
If the wrong product has been sent, please get in touch with us and provide an image of the product that has been sent. It is preferable if the customer can get a picture of the barcode or product code of the product as well so we can see close up what product has been sent for any clarification.
