If you are looking for any last minute orders then we are offering our Pre-Christmas delivery
for all orders placed up until 3pm on Friday 20th December.

We will be closed from Midday Monday 23rd December until Thursday 2nd January
when we will continue shipping any orders place between this time

Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations

Unfortunately once an order is placed, you can not cancel it. However once your order has been received you do have the option to return those items to us.  If you have made a mistake after placing an order, please get in touch with us as quick as possible by phone and we will attempt to correct any information before it has been shipped.  Please note however that we are not responsible for the information supplied to us at the checkout and you should check out the information thoroughly before submitting an order.

Returns

As a business to business relationship, returns are granted at our discretion only.  We do however understand the operational processes with running a drop ship business and will honour returns the majority of items apart from those listed in our exceptions of Non-Cancellable Products as defined in our Terms & Conditions.  We do however charge a restocking fee of £2 per order to accept back and restock items that have been returns or rejected by you or your customers.  If you want to make a return you should do this online as stated below.  Please note that our contact of business is with yourself and not your customer which means that our returns policy may not match up to the returns policy you offer your customer and you should deal with this appropriately.

How to request a return

All returns must be made online by logging into your account and select the relevant order then choosing to return.  If you have note made a return request we will not accept the goods back.  Any goods sent without a returns request will be destroyed.  All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods and the goods must be send back to us within a further 14 days.

How to send items back

It is your responsibility to send the goods back to us in sufficient packaging and their in their original condition.  Any products which have been used, damaged or in broken packaging will not be accepted back.

How to get refunded

Once your items have been returned we will process this within 3-5 working days and issue a refund back onto your original card.  As this is a business to business and therefore outside of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you will refunded for only the cost of the products returned, not for the original postage that was paid to ship the order and we also charge a restocking fee of £2 per order to process a return.
